En. Mohd Dzulfadhly Bin Rozelan
Dzulfadhly joined Minetech on 8 February 2021 as Chief Financial Officer. He brings with him over 13 years of working experience in several sectors with extensive knowledge of financial audit, strategy development and value creation.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Accounting from Auckland University, New Zealand. He is a member of CA ANZ (Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand) and MICPA (The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants).
He started his career in 2009 as an external auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Kuala Lumpur. He was involved in the financial audit of multiple public listed entities spanning various industries such as manufacturing, plantation, automotive and aviation. He then moved on to join PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory division where his main focus was on advisory works relating to impact assessment, financial performance review and strategy development.
In 2015, he joined Ekuiti Nasional Berhad (“EKUINAS”), a Government-linked private equity firm with assets of approximately RM4 billion under its management. During his tenure in EKUINAS, he executed various value creation initiatives, focusing on operational transformation, business development and strategy execution across a number of EKUINAS portfolio companies in multiple industries.
Prior to joining Minetech, he was the Head of the Corporate Strategy division of Education Malaysia Global Services, an entity under the Ministry of Higher Education tasked with the promotion of Malaysia to international students. He was responsible for the overall strategic development plans, driving the strategic planning processes as well as monitoring the implementation of the strategic objectives.
He is not a director of any other public company and listed issuer and has no conflict of interest with the Minetech Group.
Mr. Lee Inn Chean
Lee Inn Chean, is currently the Group General Manager for Minetech.
He graduated from Curtin University of Technology, Australia majoring in Economics and Finance, and subsequently obtained his Master’s in Business Administration from University of Southern Queensland, Australia in 2005.
He first joined a garment manufacturing company, Perusahaan Chan Choo Sing (PCCS) Bhd from 1998 to 1999 as Marketing Executive in handling contract manufacturing brands such as Adidas, FILA and GAP. He later joined Hwa Tai Bhd group in 1999 as Senior Marketing Executive, and subsequently promoted to Senior Manager, National Marketing in 2004, managing a total of 20 agency products for nationwide distribution include, amongst others Hwa Tai, Pokka, Meiji and Lays. He later founded his own business (Spruce Harmony Sdn Bhd) in 2005 which involved in the retail and education of music industry, and also event organizing and marketing consultancy. In 2013, he left his own business and joined Minetech as Senior Manager, assisting the Group Executive Director in all daily operations. He subsequently became the Senior General Manager in Operations in 2015, handling the quarry and premix divisions. In 2018, he joined REAL Education Group Sdn Bhd as Head of Marketing and was involved in the marketing revamp for REAL Schools and REAL Kids. He later rejoined Minetech in 2019 until now, which he is currently handling Group operations and new business developments.
Mr. Chin Jet Choy
Chin Jet Choy holds a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property from University of New South Wales, Australia.
He began his career in February 2012 as Contract Executive in Minetech Construction Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Minetech Resources Berhad. In July 2013, he was promoted to Operation Manager in Minetech Premix Sdn Bhd. He overlooks all the operation matters. In April 2015, he was promoted to Purchasing Manager to be in-charge of centralized purchasing for Minetech Resources Berhad and all its subsidiaries. In April 2016, he was promoted to General Manager in Minetech Asphalt Man International Sdn Bhd. He overlooks all operation and management matter. At the same time, he took over the sales department in Malaysia and oversea. In March 2020, he was promoted to Chief Business Development Officer in Minetech Resources Bhd. His responsibility is to explore in new businesses for the group. In the same year, he was seconded to Coral Power Sdn Bhd as Project Director. He is fully in-charge for the new business in Minetech Resources Berhad for renewable energy of a RM55mil project from Energy Commission and Power Purchase Purchase Agreement with Tenaga National Bhd.
Ts. Pete Chin Sheong Choy
Ts. Pete Chin Sheong Choy is the Executive Director of Minetech Construction Sdn Bhd (“MCSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company who is in charge of civil, infrastructure, mining and building construction. He began his career in February 2004 as a Project Engineer in MCSB and was transferred to K. S. Chin Minerals Sdn Bhd as Quarry engineer in the same year. In May 2005, he was moved to Head Office as Senior Executive and seconded to Purchasing Department. Subsequently, he was promoted as Assistant Manager and in-charge of the daily operation in the same department.
In March 2006, he was transferred to Corporate Office as Assistant Manager, assisting the Deputy Group Managing Director in exploring businesses in China. He was then promoted to Business Development Manager in January 2007 and based in China to oversee business development projects.
In November 2009, he resigned from MCSB and joined Glamour Heights Sdn Bhd, a property development company as Project Manager to diversify and acquire experience and knowledge in property sector. In April 2012, he re-joined MCSB as Project Manager and he was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2013. Subsequently, he was promoted to Executive Director of MCSB in March 2014, a role that he holds presently.
