HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE/SENIOR EXECUTIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle the recruitment for the Group.
- Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interview and personal interviews and
background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
- Prepare recruitment report accordingly including measuring employee retention and turnover
rates.
- Draft and update employee handbook.
- Draft and prepare HR correspondences and prepare offer letters.
- Handle MRB Group Insurance, ie, GHS and GPA claims and renewal and liaise with
Insurer/Broker.
- Conduct induction/orientation program and briefing to new employee.
- Conduct and assess on training needs and coordinate on staff training.
- Develop job description for all job grades for the Group.
- Check and verify monthly staff claim.
- Check and verify monthly corporate credit card and make sure the payment is made before the
due date to avoid any late payment interest.
- Liaising with the relevant government authorities on the application such as Hiring Incentive,
HRDF, etc. Maintain a proper record of such application.
- Maintain proper filing of the confidential documents.
- Any other additional duties, responsibilities and authority may be assigned by the management,
from time to time either verbally or in written instruction.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Academic
- Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Admin/Psychology or
equivalent.
Experience
- At least 3 years of related working experiences.
Skill Set
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and result oriented with
ability to meet the deadline.
- Good in time management, must prioritize tasks effectively and swiftly plan for
changing workload needs.
- Able to perform multitasking and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge and use of Microsoft applications.
- Knowledge of QuickPay7 HR2000 system is an added advantage.
- Must have an eye for details and accuracy.
SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding
their needs, and anticipating new business/marketing opportunities.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer
requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the
company’s goals.
- Suggesting and implementing new sales & marketing plans and initiatives to ultimately
achieve budgeted revenue and gross profit.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and
workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
- Manage the development and execution of digital marketing programs, including company
brochure update, online selling platform, social media, website and SEO.
- Monitor debtor collection within agreed terms and credit limit.
- Any other additional duties, responsibilities and authority may be assigned by the
management, from time to time either verbally or in written instruction.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Academic
- Minimum Degree in Business Administrative / Engineering / Chemistry or
equivalent profession certificate.
Experience
- More than 2 years working experience in Sales & Marketing. Experience with
bitumen, bituminous product, emulsion, waterproofing industry.
